WHO WE ARE
Vladivostok Film Commission was founded in 20011 in Vladivostok, Russia. It is a private company that was thought to be an organization specialized in supporting film industry, attracting Russian and foreign filmmakers to the city of Vladivostok and the Russian Far East, and providing various support, having a good weigh and wide range of contacts in different areas, to attract filmmakers to the region by offering comfortable and good quality conditions for filming.

The Vladivostok Film Commission has been a member of the Board of Directors Asian Film Commissions Network ( AFCNet ) and its regular member. In 2017 the regional government has founded a state filmcommission, which has entered the Asian Film Commissions Network as a regular member.

Staying private organization inevitably it has become also a film production service company that provides full-scale services for film crews and companies planning to shoot in Vladivostok or elsewhere in Russia. Therefore fullfilling a doube role not only providing professional servcies but also making the service as comforable as possible for every filmmaker coming to the region, adjusting to their needs, knowing they shall come back again.

Today they Vladivostok Film Commission has launched with its colleagues a separate company – Vlad Film Productions, a company providing full range of production services not only in the region, but in Moscow and St.Petersburg and other regions in Russia.

The Vladivostok Film Commission has a many years partnership with the Vladivostok International Film Festival Pacific Meridian, and has accumulated mutual experience providing opportunities to attract filmmakers to the region and to develop local film industry.

OUR SERVICES
Vladivostok Film Commission provides all necessary information for film crews planning to shoot in the region, as well as preliminary location scout and information on fees and taxes, such preliminary information is provided for free.

Vladivostok Film Commission along with the Vlad Film Productions provide full-scale production services for all types of budgets and teams, either documentary, feature films, TV series, commercials or independent films.

Vladivostok Film Commission due to various contacts and many years of experience with its partners and friends through out the country, can provide services in different regions From Moscow or St. Petersburg and other regions in Russia.
